While Brittany Farias focuses her legal practice on personal injury cases across California and Nevada, she does not stray away from a challenge. She has passionately worked on legal malpractice, products liability, contract, and sexual misconduct cases.

Brittany graduated Cum Laude from Georgetown University, obtaining a B.A. in Government and minor in Spanish. She earned her J.D. degree from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law as well as a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute — one of the world’s leading programs in conflict resolution. At Pepperdine, she was a member of the Dispute Resolution Law Journal and received the Caruso Scholar Award — an honor reserved for students with exceptional academic and professional promise.

Brittany’s robust background and experience empowers her to handle complex legal challenges from a balanced perspective by combining assertive litigation techniques with tactical negotiation skills. Known for her proactive approach and keen attention to detail, she consistently goes the extra mile to achieve optimal outcomes for her clients.

As a proud first-generation Latina lawyer, Brittany is dedicated to continuing advancing her legal expertise through ongoing education and active engagement in the legal community. She is a member of the State Bar of California and Nevada, as well as the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).

Beyond her legal practice, Brittany enjoys staying active with lagree, hiking with her dogs, spending quality time with her loved ones, and embracing camping adventures across various national parks.
